  I obtained tickets to two different West End musicals through London Box Office. The website was easy to navigate, the selection was wide and I received my e-tickets immediately. All went well at the theatres (and I really enjoyed both plays).

  My wife and myself only discovered London box office U.K. in the last few years and their tickets are competitively priced , at one stage my wife got tickets on site cheaper than the actual box offices. Never had any issues with the tickets or more importantly the prices. We generally book tickets in advance of our trip so we are set to go once we arrive in London, great service

  Bonjour Site à éviter, comparez les prix, choisissez en un pas plus cher avec possibilité d'échanger et avec un support par téléphone. Le site refuse d'échanger des tickets à plus de 340 euros qui sont par ailleurs invendables car trop chers malgré de nombreuses tentatives. J'écris au support en français et j'ai toujours une réponse en anglais. Je n'ai pas trouvé de numéro de téléphone où les joindre. Et je n'ai toujours pas de réponse au message envoyé sur Facebook. Il est donc impossible d'échanger correctement.

  It was very easy to navigate. I didn’t have any issues at all. The most difficult aspect is picking your seats especially when coming travelling from overseas and not being familiar with the theatre. That’s not a box office issue.
